Terms of use

1. Unofficial app

Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive are not responsible for Hundo and don't provide support for it. Please don't contact them about the app.

2. The service

Hundo gives you a map, a completion tracker, cheat codes, news and alerts for GTA 6. We work to keep it accurate, but:

• Before the game's release, the map is a pre-release layer drawn from official trailers and screenshots. Locations can be approximate or wrong, and it is labeled as pre-release in the app.
• After release, markers are checked in the game, but some can still be missing, misplaced or out of date after a game update. Markers show whether they're verified.
• We may change, add or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Some cheat codes turn off trophies and achievements for your game session. The app marks these codes; using them is your decision.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Hundo. You create one with Apple, Google or your email address; keep access to that sign-in method secure: anyone who can sign in as you can use your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web; see delete your account.

4. Hundo Pro and payments

Hundo is free to use. Finding things and marking them found stay free. Hundo Pro is optional and includes:

• unlimited pins, notes and collections;
• unlimited route plans;
• Pro on all your devices when you're signed in;
• Pro features we add later.

Plans

The App Store (iPhone and iPad) or the Mollie checkout (Android) shows the price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, before you confirm. We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods; we or the store tell you before a new subscription price applies to you.

Billing and renewal

iPhone and iPad: payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Android: payment is handled by Mollie on its checkout page, and Hundo does not receive your payment details. A weekly or yearly plan renews automatically at the end of each period using the payment method you authorized, until you cancel. The lifetime plan is one payment.

Cancelling

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

• iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hundo. Deleting your Hundo account doesn't cancel it.
• Android (Mollie): cancel in the app (Me → Hundo Pro → Cancel subscription), or email info@hundomap.com from your account's address. Deleting your Hundo account also cancels it.

After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Restoring purchases

On iPhone or iPad, open Me → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro with. On Android, sign in to the Hundo account you paid with. Pro is also tied to your Hundo account, so it follows you to every device where you sign in.

Lifetime

Lifetime means for as long as we offer Hundo, not your lifetime or the lifetime of the game. If we ever shut Hundo down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the app.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under its policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. For Android payments made through Mollie, email info@hundomap.com with your Mollie payment reference. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law.

Free rewards

Any free reward or Pro pass we give you has no cash value and can't be transferred.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• post leaked, stolen or pre-release material from any source, or story spoilers;
• post content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is harassing, hateful or illegal;
• send spam;
• scrape, copy or bulk-download Hundo's map data, markers or text, or use them to build a competing product;
• interfere with the app or our servers, get around its limits, or access it with automated tools;
• impersonate someone else or us;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content and trademarks

The app, its map artwork, marker descriptions, design and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

Game facts such as locations and cheat codes aren't owned by us. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names belong to Take-Two Interactive. "Hundo" and the sunset-pin logo are ours.

7. Ads and third-party services

Hundo doesn't show ads at launch. If we add them, we'll update these terms and the privacy policy first. Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content. Payments are processed by Apple (iPhone and iPad) and Mollie (Android), under their own terms.

If you downloaded Hundo from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

8. Warranties and liability

Hundo is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will be error-free, always available, or that map data is complete or correct.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost game progress, lost trophies or achievements, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by contract.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using Hundo at any time and delete your account. We can suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to stop offering Hundo. Sections 6, 8 and 11 continue after these terms end.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Hundo after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. Disputes go to the competent courts of [COURT LOCATION]. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
